The Reunion // Rebekah & Tatia

There was a moment of sadness when she thought about her old friend.  That thought that they had missed so much while being apart and yet it felt like they hadn’t been apart for more than a day.  So much had changed.  She had changed so much since they met, but yet inside she was still the same girl.

“I have missed you too, Tatia.  So much.  It has been so lonely without you.”

[ Tatia had been able to see her time from time on the other side, but most of what she remembered of the place was dark, cold and being utterly alone. Literally nothing had happened for a thousand years but that, and getting a glimpse of the people she loved here and there. She wondered what she had missed in Rebekah’s life and knew they had so much to catch up on. Though now, they had all the time they wished to do so. ]

“Just as it has been lonely for me as well. You must fill me in on your life, what you have done with a millennium of time. Surely you have many adventures to tell me, I would love to hear.”
